1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Spinstatz services, including our website at spinstatz.com and platform at spinstatz.net (collectively, "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Services, including artists, DJs, and other contributors.

2 Description of Services

Spinstatz provides a verified DJ activation platform that connects artists with DJs, supports campaign creation and management, enables DJ proof submissions, provides analytics and reporting, and processes payments related to eligible verified campaign activity. Our Services include:

  • Campaign creation and management for artists
  • DJ discovery and campaign participation
  • Video proof submission and verification
  • Analytics and reporting
  • Direct messaging between artists and DJs
  • Payment processing for campaigns and eligible DJ earnings

3 User Accounts

To access certain features of our Services, you must register for an account. When you create an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access
  • Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4 Content Guidelines

Users are solely responsible for the content they upload, including music files and video proofs. You agree not to upload content that:

  • Infringes on any third party's intellectual property rights
  • Contains unlawful, harmful, threatening, or otherwise objectionable material
  • Violates any applicable laws or regulations
  • Contains malware, viruses, or other harmful code
  • Misrepresents your identity or affiliation

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines without prior notice.

5 Payments and Refunds

For Artists

Campaign funds are non-refundable once DJs have begun playing your tracks. Unused campaign funds may be refunded upon request within 30 days of purchase, minus any processing fees. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

For DJs

DJs are paid for eligible verified campaign activity. Payment requires submission of valid video proof that passes our verification process. We reserve the right to withhold payment for fraudulent, unverifiable, duplicate, misleading, or low-quality submissions.

6 Intellectual Property

The Spinstatz name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Spinstatz LLC. You may not use such marks without our prior written permission.

You retain all rights to the music and content you upload to our platform. By uploading content, you grant Spinstatz a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing our Services. Artists are responsible for ensuring they have the rights to upload and promote their music, and for accurate metadata and rights information.

7 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SPINSTATZ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES.

Spinstatz does not guarantee fame, audience response, streams, bookings, label attention, or touring opportunities. DJs are responsible for complying with applicable venue, platform, and promotional disclosure requirements. Spinstatz may reject, remove, or withhold payment for fraudulent, unverifiable, duplicate, misleading, or low-quality proof submissions.

8 Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
